Domestic Shipping (Australia)
- Free Shipping: Orders over AUD $150 — FREE
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days — AUD $15.00 flat rate
- Express Shipping: 2–4 business days — AUD $20.00 flat rate
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
International Shipping (US, UK, EU & Rest of World)
- 📮 Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days — AUD $25.00 flat rate, includes tracking where available
- ✈️ Express Shipping: 3–6 business days — AUD $45.00 flat rate, includes tracking and priority handling
Important Information
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
- International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes — these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days before dispatch.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Delays
- VillaBella Official is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or courier disruptions beyond our control.
- During peak periods (e.g. Christmas, sales events), processing times may be extended by 1–3 business days.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
- If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at vilabella.business@gmail.com so we can lodge an investigation with the carrier.
